   For our Medical Affairs Division in Lugano we are looking for a:


   Responsibilities include:

  • Identify develop and implement strategic opportunities for internal and external communication and education
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Creatively and scientifically contribute to develop internal and external-facing educational materials
  • Coordinate priorities with Research & Development, Corporate Communications, and Marketing

The successful candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 4 year degree (MD, RN, B.S. with science major, Pharm.D., or pharmacy degree)
  • PhD may represent an advantage
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including Medical Affairs, clinical trials and commercial experience or direct interactions
  • Experience with advocate development and medical communication programs
  • Experience developing and implementing multi-media or interactive science communication/education tools is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Requires excellent ability to interpret and present scientific and clinical trial data
  • Must possess strong scientific writing and editorial skills
  • Speaks English
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent administrative, financial and organizational skills
  • Must be independent, proactive, creative and innovative and able to handle a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Requires initiative and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision
  • Effective team participation skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Oncology experience
  • Experience in clinical trials in oncology
