For our Administration & Finance Division in Lugano we are looking for a:

Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities include:


  • Lead management for Finance & Administration systems
  • Identify software opportunities, improvements and Digital solutions for Finance
  • Manage user requirements and new projects implementation
  • Design, implement and manage functional testing of new software solutions
  • Development of BI dashboards, Analytics and reporting solutions
  • IFRS Technology implications manager


  • Review systems performance and identify systems issues
  • Manage systems upgrades with the IT department
  • Document processes, procedures and controls
  • Troubleshooting and fix finance related system issues
  • Key interface between the users and IT, liaising with the Technical teams
  • Key actor for Finance in cross-functional/division projects

Training & support

  • Training and support finance team in the use of financial systems
  • Tableau and BI support
  • Hyperion, ERP and MS Office support
  • Hyperion key user backup

The successful candidate has the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same/equivalent role within an international company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Advanced Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management or equivalent is required
  • Strong Experience in ERP (JDE or similar) Financials modules and Reporting Tools
  • Project management experience, including software implementation
  • Good understanding of databases and inferfaces
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • English: fluent
  • Knowledge of other digital technologies (Tableau, BI, Concur, Treasury etc.) would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and Team working skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
